During the setup of an Airtame, you will be prompted with a final instruction to check your screen for a confirmation notification. If you can't see the confirmation message during the setup of your Airtame or you see a red error message on-screen, you can try the following solutions:

Reconnect your Airtame to your WiFi network.

Hold Airtame's reset button for 3 seconds to reset the WiFi -the LED light will turn orange. Once this step is completed, proceed to configure its network with the steps listed in the following article: Reconnect Airtame to your WiFi network.

If you're still encountering issues, reset your Airtame 2 and set up your device again. You can always contact us by clicking "Submit a request," found at the bottom of this article.
Potential reasons set-up cannot be complete:

Incorrect password (PSK)

Incorrect password (EAP/PEAP)

Association rejected
-
4-Way handshake failed

Certificate integrity failed
