Before pairing: If the remote was previously paired to another Stick, reset it first: press and hold the Left, Menu (three-line icon), and Back buttons simultaneously for 12 seconds.
Pairing the remote:
- Manually disconnect the Airtame GO Stick from power 3 times, letting it fully reboot each time, all within 5 minutes. This puts the Stick into remote discovery mode.
- Hold the replacement remote's Home button for 10 seconds until the LED flashes first yellow and then blue (indicates successful pairing). You may need to move the remote close to the middle of the back cover of the TV during the pairing process.
