How to factory reset an Airtame Go

Do NOT use the factory reset setting

With the remote control, you can find an action called “Erase all data (factory reset)”. Do NOT do this, as it will make the Airtame Go completely useless.

How to properly factory reset Airtame Go

1. Click the settings button on the remote control
   1. Note: The remote control and the device are paired, so it has to be the remote control that came with that exact device. They have the same serial number, so you can check which ones are paired.
2. Select Storage
3. Scroll down and select Other apps
4. Select Virtual Airtame
5. Select Clear Storage
6. Confirm that you want to delete app data
7. Click the back button on the remote control until you exit the settings
8. Airtame Go will now reset and will be ready to be set up again
