This article explains how IT administrators can easily configure a WiFi network connection on Airtame Go devices. This setup method requires the use of the included remote control and is exclusive to Airtame Go.
Important information
- This setup method is designed for WiFi network connections, and for Airtame Go only.
- The recommended connection for optimal performance is Ethernet.
- For Ethernet connections, follow the How to physically install Airtame Go instructions.
- Upon completion of the setup, the device receives its network configuration, a device name, and the Airtame default settings. The device’s full settings can then be customized via Airtame Cloud.
Requirements
To set up the Airtame with WiFi, the following is required:
- An Airtame Go device

Remote control
- Note: The remote control and the device are paired, so it has to be the remote control that came with that exact device. They have the same serial number, so you can check which ones are paired.
- A computer running a Chromium-based browser. Recommended browsers are: Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, and Brave.
- Note: The setup cannot be performed from a mobile device.
- Access to Airtame Cloud
Instructions
- Power on the Airtame Go.
- Wait until it shows this screen
- Click the settings button
on the remote control

- Click Network & Internet
- Connect to the network of your choice
- When done, click the back button
on the remote control until you exit the settings
- Airtame Go will automatically detect the network connection
- Follow the instructions on the screen
