With zero-touch deployment, an administrator can pre-claim an Airtame 3 to a specific Airtame Cloud organization before the device is online. If a device is auto-claimed to the incorrect organization, the unit requires a reset to be claimed correctly.
Troubleshooting
Factory reset the Airtame 3.
Restart the setup process to connect the device to the correct Airtame Cloud organization.
License Transfer
The license included with the Airtame 3 is tied to the first Airtame Cloud organization the device is registered to. To transfer the license to a different organization, contact support.
