What are the benefits of using the Airtame mobile app
The Airtame app allows you to wirelessly share your phone or tablet screen to any Airtame-enabled display or projector. Seamlessly share your presentations or videos to Airtame devices in your network. Additionally, you can initiate video meetings on conferencing-enabled Airtame screens.
Getting started:
- Download the Airtame mobile app on your mobile device
- Open the Airtame app
- Enter the pairing code shown on the Airtame powered display

Click share your screen and confirm via the system prompt to "start broadcast" or "Share screen"
or
- Join video meetings across Teams, Zoom, Google Meet or Webex either via your personal calendar or by pasting a link into the application. Learn more about joining meetings here.
If you’re familiar with the Airtame browser application on airtame.com/go, the interface should be familiar.
Requirements
iOS: Device must be running iOS version 15.1 or above.
Android: Device must be running Android version 10 or above.
The Airtame mobile application requires Internet connectivity. If your mobile device is directly connected to an Airtame's internal hotspot, please ensure that Wi-Fi forwarding has been enabled on the Airtame in question.

Audio is not yet enabled:
For now the application does not support sharing audio to the Airtame enabled screen. This aspect is still under development and we expect to add audio support in a future update.
Frame rate and image quality is limited:
We are actively working on improving the image quality, especially when sharing content with motion, such as videos or animations. Today the application is good for presentations, but not yet ideal for video playback.
On iOS (iPhone and iPad)
When sharing to an Airtame powered screen, the Airtame app uses the built in screen capturing feature in iOS. Unfortunately this mechanism automatically ends any screen capture when locking the device. The screen share can be restarted from the Airtame app and the user will see a message on the screen until they restart sharing or disconnect.
