The PowerPoint app allows you to select a PowerPoint presentation from a Microsoft account to be shown on the Airtame screen.
This should not be confused with screen sharing a PowerPoint presentation from a computer. The PowerPoint app will show the presentation as digital signage, at a defined schedule.

Considerations
- When setting up the PowerPoint app, the user might be asked to grant permission to the Airtame Cloud. This permission requires Admin consent for Microsoft, meaning that an Admin in your Microsoft organization has to approve this Airtame Cloud app.
This can be done in two ways- When an Admin tries to configure the PowerPoint app for the first time, on the authentication screen, the Admin can also approve it for the whole Microsoft organization.
- In the MS Console (Azure) you can search for the Airtame Cloud PowerPoint app and grant access.
- The PowerPoint app does not support any embedded videos, transitions, hidden slides, or animations. If your slideshow has some transitions or animations, they will not be shown on the Airtame device when running the PowerPoint app. For transitions or animations to be shown, turn your PowerPoint presentation into a video file. Learn more in this article: Display presentations as Airtame's background
- If your slideshow has hidden slides, they will be shown on the Airtame device when running the PowerPoint app. (We suggest either converting the presentation to a video or completely removing the hidden slides from the PowerPoint)
-
The PowerPoint app will update the content every time it is reloaded. That means that if someone starts sharing to the screen, if the device advances between multiple apps in the playlist, or if the device is rebooted the content will be updated as the PowerPoint app reloads. All you'd have to do is to ensure you update the same file in OneDrive and that the time that it runs allows all slides to be shown (in case you add more slides as time passes by).
