Adding your Airtame device to the Airtame Cloud is a crucial step in setting up your device. Through the Airtame Cloud, you can add the license to the device and manage a suite of device features. This article will walk you through the steps of adding your Airtame device to your Airtame Cloud account.
Step 1 - Create an Airtame Cloud account
To add an Airtame screen to the Airtame Cloud, you must first have an Airtame Cloud account.

Optional - Create a group
This step is not required, but something we do recommend you consider. Making groups helps you organize multiple Airtame screens and later assign other users to only edit certain groups.

Step 2 - Link the Airtame screen with a cloud token
Next, add your Airtame screen to your Airtame Cloud account by generating a cloud token.
Note: The cloud token can only be used once per Airtame Screen. Make sure to update the cloud token for each new Airtame screen you are setting up. If the same cloud token is used multiple times, only the most recent Airtame Screen will be added to Airtame Cloud.

Optional - More configurations
At this point, your Airtame Screen is ready to use for screen sharing. However, you may want to make some further changes to your Airtame screen, to make it fit the needs of the organization. Here are a few common next steps:
Enable native protocols
Enabling native protocols makes it possible to screen share from even more devices using Google Cast, AirPlay, and Miracast. All three protocols are disabled by default, but can easily be enabled from the device settings.

Enable device alerts
Device alerts are useful for notifying you about any Airtame screen going offline. This helps you quickly locate any potential power issues before it has a chance to affect your users.
Note: You only need to enable device alerts once per Airtame Cloud account.
