With zero-touch deployment, an administrator can pre-claim an Airtame to a specific Airtame Cloud organization before the device is online. If a device is auto-claimed to the incorrect organization, the unit requires a reset to be claimed correctly.

Factory reset the Airtame:
Restart the setup process to connect the device to the correct Airtame Cloud organization.
License Transfer
The license included with the Airtame 3 is tied to the first Airtame Cloud organization the device is registered to. To transfer the license to a different organization, contact support.
