Airtame devices can be secured by enabling a password for the settings panel. This prevents unauthorized users from making changes to the device configuration through the Airtame App. Additionally, when you apply settings, HTTPS encryption is used to secure communication between the managing computer and the device.
Important Note
This password applies only to users attempting to edit settings via the Airtame App. Users who are logged into Airtame Cloud with permissions to manage device settings will not be prompted for the password.
