Understanding the Call Lobby
During video meetings, managing who joins your meeting can be challenging. The Airtame call lobby feature solves this by giving hosts direct control over participants waiting to enter. Instead of manually managing entry through separate interfaces, you can control participant access directly from the Airtame App, ensuring a smoother and more secure meeting experience.
Additionally the new feature makes it simple for the call host to check who is in the meeting.
Managing Lobby Participants
- Join a call with Airtame
- Click the People tab to view people on the call
- Click the View lobby button to see the lobby
- Click the Admit or Deny icon to control a single participant
- Optionally: Click the Admit All to let everyone into the call at once
Supported Platforms
Lobby controls are available for Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Webex when using authenticated calls. The feature is not currently supported for Google Meet.
