Various video conferencing services support a chat functionality to see and write text messages during a video call.
When using Google Meet with Airtame written chat message will appear on the airtame screen. Currently, this feature is not supported in other conferencing services with Airtame.
Airtame does not currently support replying to chat messages from a call.
If monitoring the chat is important for your call we recommend opening the video conferencing service app, like Microsoft Teams, and monitoring the chat from there.
Some conferencing services support functionality to monitor the chat of a call without having to join the call as a user with a set of audio and video peripherals.
