If you have chosen not to display an all clear message, the alert will immediately disappear from all affected screens, restoring normal content.
Additional Notes
- Owners and Administrators can stop any kind of active alerts.
- Device and Content Managers are only able to stop alerts impacting device groups they have access to.
- All clear alerts are treated like any other alert: it will stop ongoing sessions when triggered.
- If several alerts are active for the same group of device, devices will revert to the next active alert when the previous one is stopped. Alerts are stacked based on their creation date, Airtame will always display the latest alert received for a device.
