This article explores the recommendations feature which analyzes the fleet of devices and provides tailored recommendations to help IT admins optimize settings and proactively address potential issues. Recommendations may include improving security by setting up a password, enhancing meeting room efficiency by connecting a room calendar, or optimizing network performance.
How to see the recommendations?
The recommendations section is accessible to all Airtame Cloud users with an Owner, Administrator, Device and Content Manager role. The feature is not accessible to Content Manager and Moderator roles.
To access the recommendations page:

Log into Airtame Cloud

Click the gear icon in the left menu

Click on Recommendations
Current recommendation types
The recommendation overview provides a list of tailored recommendations, along with the number of impacted devices.
Below is the list of recommended actions that will be listed in this page:

Connect calendar | Connect a calendar to your organization to be able to see room availability and join meetings directly from your screen |
Add room calendar | Add a calendar to see room availability and join meetings directly from your screen |
Set password | Set password to secure device settings |
Fix Microsoft 365 calendar permissions | Update Microsoft calendar permissions to ensure events can be properly fetched and displayed on your screens. |
Dismiss the recommendations by clicking on the Dismiss button. The dismissed recommendations will no longer be shown in the list. Users can restore the dismissed recommendations by clicking on the Show dismissed again button, which will appear at the top of the list when recommendations are dismissed.
