Info: Airtame is not designed for devices to be migrated between Airtame Cloud organizations often. We recommend you plan when creating one or more Cloud organizations and ensure your Airtame devices are added to the right Cloud organization.
If you have access to multiple Airtame Cloud organizations, you may need to transfer an Airtame device from one cloud organization to another.
To move the Airtame device, start by removing the Airtame device from its current Airtame Cloud organization. Then set up the Airtame device for the new Airtame Cloud organization.

The device license will not be transferred along with the device so it is advised to activate a trial for your new Cloud tenant until you communicate the below details to Airtame Support.
If you want to request a license transfer, please contact Airtame Support and submit a support request. Within the support ticket, please include your new Cloud tenant Device List Export and indicate which devices should have a license in the new tenant.
