Known limitations
We are still testing and polishing things, so you may find bugs or things that do not work. Feel free to report anything you find to us via your Airtame contact person or support@airtame.com.
We have noted down some known limitations that we plan to fix in future releases.
Sharing from mobile devices: Currently, there is no method for sharing to Virtual Airtame from mobile devices running the iOS or Android operating systems, this will be addressed in future releases.
Share to call: Currently, only the host of the video call can share their screen via the Airtame app when on a video call. The “Share to Call” feature is not yet available via the Virtual Airtame app, but will be added in a future release. If a user in the room wants to share their screen into the call they currently have to join the call via their own device.
Selecting peripherals: The Virtual Airtame currently does not always pick the camera, speaker and microphone that is set in the conferencing settings in Airtame Cloud, when starting calls. To ensure that Virtual Airtame picks the correct peripherals, set the default microphone, speaker and camera in Windows to be your preferred devices. We expect to address this in a future release.
