From March 2024 the default appearance does not include showing the full IP address of the screen. Instead, we recommend using pairing codes to connect to the screen. Pairing codes are only 5 digits and can be used in the Airtame app or airtame.com/go.
How do I re-enable IP addresses?
It is possible to reinstate the IP address on the airtame screen if needed. Go to the device settings, and change Panel Text under Appearance to Custom. This will show a custom editor where you can insert custom variables from the drop-down, including Device IP Address.

This will insert the following variable in the custom text:

Lastly, save the settings to update the screen.
Note: you can always update screens in bulk to easily reinstate the IP address for all desired screens with a single action.
