How to purchase licenses

You can purchase licenses for your Airtame Screens through various channels.

Pay by credit from Airtame Cloud

Notes:

  • This option requires an owner or admin role in Airtame Cloud.
  • Use the same method to remove licenses from your subscription
  1. Log into your Airtame Cloud organization.
  2. Click the Gear icon in the bottom left-hand corner.
  3. Select the Subscription menu.
  4. Select the Change Core Subscription or Change Hybrid Subscription button depending on the type of licenses you want to buy.
  5. Fill out the requested information, including:

    1. Number of Licenses

    2. Yearly or monthly billing

    3. Click on Add credit card and provide your payment method and billing information

After filling this out, a payment summary will be shown, where you can approve the transaction, and your subscription will be activated immediately after it is completed.

Payment by invoice

To pay by invoice, please contact our Sales department. Our account managers will make sure to walk you through the invoice process.

 

When you have purchased your Airtame licenses via a contract, you will need to assign the licenses to the Airtame screens on the service start date, meaning the date that your licenses are set to start. The service start date will be agreed upon in the contract, and we will notify you before the service start date.

 

Order through Reseller

 
You can procure your Airtame license or license renewal through your organization's preferred reseller, or one of Airtame's reseller partners.
