Managing subscriptions efficiently is crucial to ensure uninterrupted access to desired features. Airtame subscriptions can have different statuses, each carrying its implications.
In this article, we will explore the four primary subscription statuses: Active, Past Due and Expired.
Active Subscription
An active subscription status indicates that the license(s) associated with the subscription has been licensed, and you have full access to the features associated with the license on the device.
Past Due Subscription
A past due subscription status occurs when the renewal date of the subscription has passed, but the payment for the renewal was unsuccessful. In this case, the subscription enters a "past_due" state, indicating an outstanding payment that needs attention.
During the past due period, you retain access to the licensed features, allowing for continued usage while the payment issue is resolved. It is important to address the payment failure promptly to avoid any potential feature disruptions.
Canceled Subscription
A canceled subscription status indicates that the subscription will not be renewed at the end of the current subscription cycle. This can occur for various reasons, such as a decision by the subscriber to discontinue the service, or due to repeated failed payments resulting in account termination.
When a subscription is canceled, access to the licensed features is revoked. To regain access to those licensed features, you will need to initiate a new purchase.
