If you want to reactivate your subscription after cancelling it, you must liaise with the Airtame support team or your Airtame representative. Alternatively, you can adjust the number of subscription licenses from the Airtame Cloud organization page. This will reactivate your subscription with the appropriate number of licenses.
Note: Airtame is using a licensing mechanism so our customers will have fewer administration headaches. The system calculates the total days per licensed device. This means that next time you need to renew your subscription, you will need to do it once instead of per device.
