How to invite user to Airtame Cloud

Note: Only owners and administrators are allowed to invite users.

Click here to see which users have the correct roles for this task

  1. Log into your Airtame Cloud account.
  2. Click the Gear icon.
  3. Select the User Management menu.
  4. Click the Invite User button.
  5. Define the rights for the user to invite.
    1. Enter the Email of the user to invite.
      1. Optional: enter multiple email addresses separated by commas to easily invite multiple users.
    2. Define the role of the user. Click here to learn more about the different roles.
    3. Define which groups the user should have access to. Click here to learn more about groups.
  6. Click the Send invite button.

Note: Airtame uses the email as a unique identifier across all Airtame Cloud accounts. If you would like to add a user to more than one Cloud organization, the user needs to have a different email address for each Cloud organization.
