YouTube Live enables real-time announcements on Airtame devices. The YouTube app for digital signage does not support YouTube Live, however, live videos can be applied using the Website app.
Create a YouTube Live Video
- Start a live stream immediately or schedule one for later.
- Find the video ID in your YouTube Live overview.
Configure YouTube on Airtame
- Open Airtame Cloud
- Select the Airtame screen to update
- Click Edit Settings
- Open the Signage menu
- Create/edit the default or a scheduled playlist
- and select the Website App
- Paste the following URL, replacing
[INSERT-ID]with the YouTube Live video ID:https://www.youtube.com/embed/[INSERT-ID]?rel=0&autoplay=1- More details on YouTube Embed Parameters here

Schedule the Announcement (Optional)
To schedule a when the YouTube Live video appears on the Airtame screen, make sure to add the Website app to a scheduled playlist.
