Cloud Lite and Cloud Plus were the names of previous license descriptions previously offered by Airtame. It allowed Airtame screens more functionality through Airtame Cloud.
On May 1st, 2023, 2 different licenses were launched to simplify the offering: Airtame Core and Airtame Hybrid. Both of these paid plans offer all the features provided by Cloud Plus. Cloud Lite is no longer offered for new devices but will be maintained for eligible existing devices.
Which plans are eligible for Cloud Lite?
Devices bought with a Cloud Plus or Core plan will revert to Cloud Lite when their subscription expires.
Devices bought with a Room or Hybrid plan are not eligible for Cloud Lite when their subscription expires.
What does this change mean for my device with Cloud Lite?
Nothing. If you have a device bought with the Cloud Lite license, it will continue to have the same features as it already has.
Should you add a Core subscription to your device, the device will revert to a free Cloud Lite license if you let the subscription expire.
What does this change mean for my device with Cloud Plus?
Nothing. Any Airtame Screen with Cloud Plus will continue to have the same features as it already has. However, the name of the subscription plan will be renamed to “Core”.
