The Airtame app keeps a log file of the tasks and processes it is doing. This information is very useful when Airtame's support is troubleshooting. You can download these log files by:
- Open the Airtame App
- Click "PREFERENCES" in lower left corner
- Click "Download log files"
If this doesn't work, type %localappdata% into the search field of windows File Explorer, open the "airtame" folder and right-click on "AIRTAME_LOG" to make a compressed .zip of the folder
If this didn't work, open Finder, click on "Go" in the menu bar and select "Go to folder". Then type: /tmp/AIRTAME_LOG/ and take that enclosing folder, right-click and chose to compress.
