Using YouTube for live announcements
Step 1: Create your video
You can choose to go live right away or schedule for later:

Use the following URL and replace the [INSERT ID] with the ID from your video:

Step 3: Schedule time and date
You can schedule a time and date that the video should display on your Airtame. This can even be set as a recurring event throughout the week: Digital Signage: Scheduled Content.
