To select video peripherals you must first ensure that the Airtame screen has an active Airtame Hybrid license.
Adding your camera, microphone, and speaker is essential to a conference call. By accessing the device settings from the Cloud, you can select which connected peripherals should be used with your Airtame screen.
Note: We highly recommend always selecting the same peripherals as the microphone and speaker. Not doing this will likely produce unwanted echo during calls.
Selecting video peripherals
- Log into your Airtame Cloud account.
- Select an Airtame screen to change the peripheral for.
- Click the Edit settings button.
- Click the Conferencing menu.
- In the Microphone drop-down, select the microphone to be used.
- In the Speaker drop-down, select the speaker to be used.
- In the Camera drop-down, select the camera to be used.
- Click the Apply Changes button.
When starting a call on this Airtame screen the selected peripherals will be used.

Troubleshooting
If desired peripherals are not displayed, try rebooting your Airtame screen and the peripherals individually, and then all devices should be shown properly in Airtame Cloud.
