To Factory Reset:

Make sure your Airtame is powered on.

If applicable, remove the mounting plate which conceals the 'Reset' button.

Hold the reset button of the Airtame Hub for at least 10 seconds, until you see a purple LED light come on, then release (you will first see an amber LED, a flashing white LED, and then the purple LED).

You will see a quick flash of the message: "Resetting to factory settings" on the Airtame-equipped screen.

Airtame will reboot after a couple of seconds and start up again, showing a "Get started" message.
- After you add the Airtame Hub to a cloud account again, you will have to reassign the Airtame license to enable the license and assign peripherals
After the device regains power, the Airtame license must be reapplied to have conferencing functionality as illustrated below
