You might need to re-connect your Airtame to a WiFi network because of the following reasons:

You are unable to access the device settings.

The name of your network has changed (SSID).

You move the Airtame to a different location.
-
You are taking the Airtame for a remote presentation.
In these cases, the Airtame will not know how to connect to the new WiFi, so you will have to access the device settings and update the WiFi network. If you don't want to connect the device to a network, you can also connect to the Airtame's own Access Point.
Method 1
Option A:

Open the available WiFi list of your computer.

Connect to the WiFi named the same as the Airtame.

Open the Airtame application.

The name of your Airtame should appear on the list.

Hover the mouse over the device's name to see and access the settings.

Scroll down to the Network section.

Select the WiFi network and insert the password.

Click on "Apply changes"
Option B:

Open the Airtame application.

The name of your Airtame should appear on the list.
-
Hover the mouse over the device's name to see and access the settings.

Scroll down to the Network section.
-
In the Network option click on “Forget network”
-
Select the WiFi you want Airtame to be connected to.

Click on "Apply changes"
Note: If the device's own hotspot is not visible on your computer's list of available WiFi connections, you can reactivate the hotspot by holding the reset button on the device for 3 seconds.

Reset the Airtame device and set it up again with the new WiFi settings:
