Locating the IP Address of an Airtame Device

Finding the IP Address via Airtame Cloud

Important: This method only works if the device is powered on and connected to the internet. This method works only for Airtame 2 and Airtame Hub.

  1. Log in to Airtame Cloud.
  2. Locate the device in the grid of devices.
  3. Scroll to the right if necessary to find the IP address column.

Finding the IP Address for Virtual Airtame

If you are using Virtual Airtame, the IP address is not shown in Airtame Cloud. Use the following methods:

Windows

  1. Open Command Prompt.
  2. Type ipconfig and press Enter.
  3. Look for the IPv4 Address under the active network connection.

Android

  1. Open Settings.
  2. Navigate to About.
  3. Select Status.
  4. Look for the IP address value.
