Preventing Unauthorized Screen Sharing with PIN Code Connect

The "PIN Code Connect" feature secures screen sharing by requiring a random four-digit code to initiate a session. This code is displayed on the screen and must be entered into the Airtame app, ensuring that only individuals present in the room or within sight of the display can share their screen.

How to Enable PIN Code Connect

1. Open your Airtame Cloud account.
2. Select one or more Airtame devices to edit.
3. Click the Edit Settings button.
4. Click the Security menu.
5. Toggle on Pin Code Connect.
6. Optional: Enable the Pin code override toggle to allow users to present via Google Cast without requiring a PIN.
7. Click the Save button.

Once enabled, a unique PIN will appear on the display for any new screen sharing attempt, ensuring secure and authorized connections.
