Screen sharing with Airtame is designed to stay secure through multiple protective measures. Although the screen sharing data is not encrypted by Airtame, it is protected by your WiFi network’s encryption. For someone to intercept your shared screen, they would first need to breach your network and reverse-engineer Airtame’s screen sharing protocol, making unauthorized access highly unlikely.
Additionally, when you share your screen, the data remains confined to your local network and never passes through external servers. Airtame does not collect or store any information about the content you share, ensuring your privacy.
To maximize security, we recommend using strong network encryption, such as WPA2 or WPA3, and following Airtame’s network setup best practices.
