Airtame Hub continuously rebooting is a sign of insufficient power supplied to the device. This can be caused by lower-rated PoE ports, insufficient power budget on the switch, power loss in cabling, or using a non-compliant power supply unit (less than 30W).
Please try the following steps to solve the issue:
- Disconnect the USB peripherals, if the peripherals do not have a dedicated power supply.
- The maximum possible power consumption of the system incl. peripherals is 30W.
- Check the total PoE budget of your switches. If you have many PoE+ devices connected to the same switch it might not be able to provide enough wattage to all devices. This can cause your Airtame Hubs to be insufficiently powered. To solve it reconfigure the switch, rearrange device distribution between your switches, use PoE+ injectors, or power the Airtame Hub from a power supply.
