- there will be no further firmware, security or feature updates.
- Additionally, maintenance efforts have ceased, and we will not be able to provide fixes or patches for potential issues that may arise.
Q: Will my Airtame 1 continue to work? A: Yes, your Airtame will continue to function for the foreseeable future. However, without ongoing maintenance and support, there is a possibility that certain features may eventually cease to work.
Q: Will you continue to provide customer support for the Airtame 1? A: While we have ceased active maintenance and development for the Airtame, we will continue to provide limited customer support for existing users. However, please note that our ability to address complex technical issues may be limited.

****The following features are not compatible with Airtame 1 products:
- Share from browser
- Schedule Auto Restart
- AirServer (Miracast, Google Cast, Airplay*) *Airtame 1 features and older implementation of AirPlay which is no-longer maintained by Airtame.
- Download device logs
- OneDrive and Dropbox video app
- RiseVision emergency alerts
As part of our Product Roadmap, we are putting effort on improving the settings and signage experience. For Airtame 1 products, we anticipate that:
- The improved signage applications package will not be compatible with these devices
- Any new configuration option on the signage apps will not be compatible with these devices
- Any new device setting option will not be compatible with these devices
