'Waiting to Join Call' appears when attempting to join a call
You will need to adjust the individual meeting settings to allow guests through the waiting room and/or you can disable the waiting room by default for your organization or for specific users
If 'Everyone' is able to bypass the lobby and 'Waiting to Join Call' still appears then most likely there is an organizational setting that doesn't allow Guests to actually start a meeting, only join. This maybe adjusted in the Teams Admin Center. Please note this will only happen if no other users are on the call, due to the fact if another user starts the call and there is no waiting room then this message will not appear.
'Cannot join call' appears when attempting to join a call
If the above message appears,
Check power on the peripheral device
Ensure USB connections are firmly connected
Check if peripheral firmware is up to date, reboot with all devices attached

My Airtame Hub does not power on
Does the LED indicator light turn on and is there any display output? If neither of these are the case please open a support case by emailing support@airtame.com
Airtame Hub continuously power cycles after attempting to join a call
Airtame Hub continuously rebooting is a sign of insufficient power supplied to the device. This can be caused by lower rated PoE ports, insufficient power budget on the switch, power loss in cabling or using a non-compliant power supply unit (less than 30W).
Connecting USB video conferencing peripherals, that do not have a dedicated power supply, increases the total wattage needed for the Hub to power up, since it has to power the peripherals via USB. That maximum possible power consumption of the system incl. peripherals is 30W.
Note the total PoE budget of your switches. If you have many PoE+ devices connected to the same switch it might not be able to provide enough wattage to all devices. This might cause your Airtame Hubs to be insufficiently powered. To solve it you can reconfigure the switch, rearrange device distribution between your switches, use PoE+ injectors or power the Airtame Hub from a power supply.
