Licenses purchased online with a credit card will automatically be renewed after the initial term. Renewal options are available in your Cloud account. If your license expires or if you choose not to renew it, you will always have the option to renew via your Cloud account or manually through one of our account managers at any time. However, while the device is unlicensed, you will lose some functionality. You can still:

• Share windows and screens from the Airtame app or the browser.
• See the device inside Airtame Cloud, and edit some settings including the name, network connectivity, and basic security settings.
• Manually update the device firmware.

Any digital signage will revert to the default layout, text, and images. All digital signage configurations are saved for each device and will be restored when re-licensing the device.

Devices bought before May 1st, 2023

Devices bought without an included license, prior to May 1st, 2023, will be grandfathered and revert to Cloud Lite with unchanged access to functionality.
