The Airtame app keeps a log file of the tasks and processes it's doing. This information is very useful when Airtame's support is troubleshooting an issue.
How to get the log files
Open the Airtame app.
Go to "Preferences", in the lower-left corner.
Click on "Download", next to Download log files.
If this didn't work, type %localappdata% into the search field of Windows File Explorer, open the "airtame" folder, and right-click on "AIRTAME_LOG" to make a compressed .zip of the folder.
If this didn't work, open Finder, click on "Go" in the menu bar, and select "Go to Folder". Then type: /tmp/AIRTAME_LOG/ and take that enclosing folder, right-click and chose to compress.
