The Airtame app keeps a log file of the tasks and processes it's doing. This information is very useful when Airtame's support is troubleshooting an issue.
How to get the log files:
- Open the Airtame app.
- Go to "Preferences", in the lower left corner.
- Click on "Download", next to Download log files.
If this didn't work, type %localappdata% into the search field of Windows File Explorer, open the "airtame" folder and right-click on "AIRTAME_LOG" to make a compressed .zip of the folder.
If this didn't work, open Finder, click on "Go" in the menu bar and select "Go to folder". Then type: /tmp/AIRTAME_LOG/ and take that enclosing folder, right-click and chose to compress.
