Replacement of faulty devices or product warranty

Items are only replaced if they are defective or damaged. The following are the warranty periods per area:

  • If you have ordered the product to one of the countries in the EEA (European Economic Area) or the United Kingdom, you are entitled to a 2-year warranty. 

  • If you ordered the device to the United States or another country outside of the EEA, you are entitled to a 1-year warranty.

Please note that product warranty only covers a product during the purchased product period. Warranty does not "reset" if a replacement product is provided.

Returns for refunds

Airtame has a 30-day return policy. You can return the product for any reason within the 30-day period after you have received the device. The 30-day trial begins on the date your Airtame is delivered to you. The refund process takes around 5 to 7 business days depending on when we receive the return from you. The shipping fee for the returns for refunds must be paid by the customer.

Note that this policy only applies for Airtames purchased through and not for Airtames purchased from resellers.
