Replacement of faulty devices or product warranty
Items are only replaced if they are defective or damaged. The following are the warranty periods per area:
- If you have ordered the product to one of the countries in the EEA (European Economic Area), you are entitled to a 2-year warranty.
- If you ordered the device to the United States or another country outside of the EEA, you are entitled to a 1-year warranty.
Please note: Product warranty only covers a product during the purchased product period. Warranty does not "reset" if a replacement product is provided.
Returns for refunds
Airtame has a 30-day return policy. You can return the product for any reason within the 30-day period after you have received the device. The 30 day trial begins on the date your Airtame is delivered to you. The refund process takes around 5 to 7 business days depending on when we receive the return from you. The shipping fee for the returns for refunds must be paid by the customer.
Note: This policy only applies for Airtames purchased through www.airtame.com and not for Airtames purchased from resellers.
