If you see this message during the setup of an Airtame, it means that the WiFi password you entered is incorrect. You can hold Airtame's power button for 10 seconds to factory reset Airtame 1 / Airtame 2.

These are the potential reasons why Airtame would show the "Wrong password" error message:

  • Wrong password (PSK) 
  • Wrong password (EAP/PEAP)
  • Association rejected
  • 4-Way handshake failed
  • Certificate integrity failed

If the issue is with WPA-PSK security - please double check the network password. If the issue rises with WPA-EAP/PEAP security - please reach out to support@airtame.com before reseting the device.
